Remove localization - DevExpress

Easy way to remove localization (de, es, ja, ru) files from builds using the latest DevExpress controls.
Remove the de, es, ja, & ru folders from the following DevExpress installation location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\DevExpress xx.x\Components\Bin\Framework
